Our cars are professionally inspected and maintained, and they regularly undergo all mandatory safety checks. Each car is equipped with Wi-Fi and a hands-free kit, in compliance with Spanish law. In Barcelona, all chauffeur-driven rental cars must display the official VTC label on the lower right corner of the windshield, certifying that they hold a valid VTC license.
Eating or smoking inside the cars is strictly prohibited. In addition, legislation forbids the consumption of alcohol in any VTC vehicle. Should a passenger be caught drinking alcohol by the police, legal responsibility would fall on the driver. The use of seatbelts is mandatory for all passengers, both in the front and the rear seats. In this case, responsibility lies with the passenger, who may also face a fine if stopped by the police. Please note that children under 12 are not permitted to sit in the front seat. For safety reasons, the driver may also lock the doors from inside when necessary.
During transfers or journeys, the driver will always aim to take the most suitable route. However, detours may be necessary if certain roads or lanes are closed to traffic. The driver remains at your full disposal and, in your presence, will not engage in conversations with third parties unless related to professional matters. The horn will only be used in case of danger or necessity. Whenever possible, the engine will be switched off while stationary to reduce environmental impact.
Drivers are required to maintain a professional appearance, wearing a suit and tie as standard, and a shirt and tie during the summer months.
